jeremyrem
Just want to gauge interest if it's worth my time upscaling and adding frames to the TV shows and ads. Playing in 4k, it's pretty pixelated and choppy and after looking at a few it appears they are currently in 480p and 15FPS. I have converted a few to 1080p and 60FPS, but since there are so many and upscaling + smoothing takes a lot of time, wanted to see if others are actually interested. I coulld do 4k but I feel like that would be a huge waste as the TV screens are already pretty small, and feel like 720 or 1080 would give the best result with appearance to performance or even maybe 24-30fps instead of 60. jeremyrem
Can we get an example of the result before we vote? Of course Some quick and dirty upscales. The first AD was upscaled and converted to 60 at the same time, 2nd and 3rd and 1st TV were done separate, Upscale and then converted. For the last TV, it was done seperate, but I used a different model for the conversion to 60FPS but it took a lot longer (20 mins on my 2070) just to fill in the missing frames. Hence why I am not sure I want to do this unless there was good amount of interest.
