How do you save your Preferences? Edit: Solved

After clicking your account in the top right of nexusmods.com, there is a "site preferences" button. In there, You can change some preferences such as time zone. However, I can't save my preferences. I'd like to change my time zone and other preferences, but I don't see a "save" button or "submit" button anywhere. Please help.

 

Edit: I figured it out, you're supposed to change your settings/preferences in here (nexus mods forums), not the nexus mods website.
