The following mods were enabled on save, but now disabled

I’m having issues with the game crashing when trying to level Shadowheart and Astarion, the others I have successfully leveled up. So I uninstalled all the mods in Vortex and removed Vortex and removed some mods that I tried to install myself without using Vortex. I was still crashing so I uninstalled BG3 all together and then installed again. I did not install any mods or vortex afterwards.

 

Now will trying to load my last save I get the following error:

5e Spells

Customizer

ImprovedUI

Fantastical Multi

Tav’s Hairpak

 

These are all the mods I tried to install without using Vortex.

Any thoughts?

So I installed the mods listed in the error using Vortex and was able to successfully Load the Last Saved Game.

 

Now when I try to levelup Shadowheart and Astarion, the game crashes :-(
