SeanMue Posted June 1, 2005 Author Share Posted June 1, 2005 One minor problem with the site though - in the Mozilla browser the screenshots don't appear to load at all, and neither does the banner at the top. I use Maxthon to view the site which uses the IE engine so I dunno how it appears in FF. Haven't had any complaints before. Everything loads fine for me but you seriously need to make thumbnails of those images in your news. Each one is 50kb - 150kb in size and takes 20 seconds to load on my 2Mbit line..that's awful! Indeed, I should've made it so that I only put three on the news article and just link to the rest on the SO screens page. Sorry about that, that news article is in the archives now though so it isn't on the front page no more.
