SahrEgress
I can scrap most of sanctuary no problem with the added items, bushes, grass, vines etc. But there is a strange issue where some cells don't seem to work and I don't know why. On top of that other settlements are not working with the newly added scrappable items either. From my understanding adding these items to their form lists and creating the CO for the workshop scrap recipe should be a global flag. I've looked at a couple different tutorials for creating such a mod like this but none of them do anything different from what I've done. Is there some bug that is griefing me or is there something I've overlooked that needs to be done to the cells so it all works?
LarannKiar
So the same object can be scapped in one settlement but it can't be in another one? If the Workshop Menu opens in both settlements, then the issue might be that in certain Cells the objects are part of a precombined mesh which disables the ability to scrap them even if they're included in a scrap recipe. How did mods like scrap everything get around this potential issue?
LarannKiar
As far as I know, Scrap Everything has separate versions, precombined meshes included / excluded. Unfortunately, without disabling or rebuilding the precombines for the affected settlements, it's not possible to edit the locked objects ingame.
