How to change mod order in BG3MM?

So I noticed I can make multiple 'Mod Orders' and choose which one I want from a drop down list. However when I choose one then save it, the game doesn't actually use it, it still only uses the one labelled 'current'.

How do I make it so when I select a specific mod order it uses that one instead of the default?

Not sure if you still need help on this or not, but you needed to export the load order of your choosing to the game after selecting it in order for that specific one to show up instead.
