remnant2 [Mod Request] 100% resources refund on downgrading weapons

Hello,

for some build I like to downgrade all my primarys or all my secondarys, but trick the powerlevel-system.

Its a huge waste of resources tho. Would be cool to have a mod that refunds 100% resources on downgrading weapons. Or in other words: When I have leveled a weapon to a certain level, I can freely lower and increase the level up to the highest level I crafted without the need of any crafting materials.
