Clothes not showing up in FPP

It's the strangest thing, I've removed all mods, even deleted the whole damn game, everything except my save file, and yet it still persists. Whats also is the one of the arms on my V is slightly discolored, but only while using gorilla arms.

 

What have I done wrong here? Is it just the game? Am I stuck being naked in the FPP? Is there a fix?

 

I'm at a loss here. If you have any ideas, I'm ears. Thank you for your time.
