Documents directory on another drive

Vortex version 1.9.5

 

I have moved my documents directory from the C: drice to another drive. When I add a texture pack to a starfield build, vortex reports that the file has indeed been installed. However, when I look for the file in the documents directory I cant see it. Attached is the report on the file.From what I have read about hardlink deployment is the it will cory the files to the necessary directory dependant on the mod in question. My question would be, why isnt the textures in my documents directory.
