Game freezes during the intro

When I boot up the game, the "press space to skip" message was nowhere and couldn't let me skip the intro, furthermore it freezes when the intro sequence reaches the frame of V staring at the city with his bike. I tried purging my mods and installing them all over again but with no avail

Any ideas on what causes it and how to fix it ?

so far the only things that have worked for me were either a fresh install of the game and don't reinstall mods, or load the game from the launcher instead of vortex.

I just found a fix for this. You can use Vortex to install mods if you go into the mods.json at Cyberpunk 2077\r6\cache\modded and change all mods to deployedHash:0 and deployed:false and launch through Redlauncher instead of Vortex
