pastyrs Posted January 15, 2014 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Hello all, this is my first topic/question on this forum. i played through Skyrim countless times (about 40 times!!!)...At least once with every race i played it through arround 98%..., ..., ... And a ''geek'' that i am, i was wondering next: ? Would it be possible to make a mod, which would make Skyrim's land look, like you're looking it from/through a mirror? EXAMPLE: If you turn your monitor towards a mirror, and watch your gameplay in your mirror (not directly on your monitor), all gameplay/land would look and feel different... In this case, of course, you'd have to invert left&right movement controlls... to play it smoothly ''through'' a mirrored view... (I have acctually done this... - it's like whole new experience...) And i dont want to use a second monitor to mirror the view... - because i don't have one... Would this kind of a mod be possible&simple to make? Swordblazer8 Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 I am not a modder, so I wouldn't value this response to be worth 2 cents, but though it is possible, it would require a complete overhaul of the entire game (every detail would have to be re-done, in the reverse), or else you would have to find a shortcut or program outside of Skyrim to mirror the display on your monitor. I do not believe there is another way to do this, and overhauling the game would be far too time consuming to be worth it for just a mirrored game. As for an external program, that would be your best bet... the flaw is that this will also mirror all text, thus making the majority of it unreadable (not a problem if the NPC has dialog, but it IS a problem for choosing a response to that dialog).
