Hi!
I will try to describe the problem very fast . I have been modding cyberpunk 2077 since last
year and then 2.0 came out and i updated mods and the first game started running however it freezed for a second every 3 seconds , then i reinstalled everything and added mods and now it wont even launch . Says there are missing scripts , however without the mods its starts just fine . I have downloaded all the latest scripts to support my mods. Can you please help me resolve this issue? I checked file integrity and game without mods is fine , but it flatlines now when i launch with vortex mods.Ask whatever you need , screenshots or just info .
Hope to hear from you soon,

David.

Hi — all the core mods are now updated so you should be able to get back up and running but it’s best to do a reset of the script cache to start from a clean base installation to avoid unnecessary debugging. You’ll find a guide for that on https://wiki.redmodding.org or you can join us on discord https://discord.gg/redmodding (also linked form the cp2077 extension page if you prefer.)

OI WE FOUND THE FIX! I'm gonna shoot the post verbatim.

"Go to the Vortex dashboard and scroll down until you see Tools. You should see four (4) tiles in that section, one of them labeled 'Launch Game with REDmods Enabled'. Open its context menu (the three vertical dots) and select Edit. Take note of the setup, specifically the Target location (where your Cyberpunk game is installed) and Command Line. Once you've made your notes, hit Cancel. Next, still in the Tools section, click on the large plus (+) and select Create. Title it, and set the Target path to your game's exe file. However, leave the Command Line empty. Once done, hit Save. After deploying your mods and using the Latest Load Order tool (the red cogs), launch your game from the new tool you made."

This immediately solved the problem for me and I hope it helps you too.

I tried doing what this post say and I'm still not getting anywhere. I keep getting stuck on the intro video, without being able to skip.

Edit: I am able to skip the intro now, but the new mods don't seem to be on.

same. if i run without the launch command the game works but some mods wont load like Equipment-EX. it says that archive is missing when trying to open wardrobe

and when i launch with Vortex using the launch command i wont get the "Press [space] to continue" on the intro video. and if i disable all mods i still get this issue when launching trough Vortex.

feels like Vortex slaps in some custom input file that is blank or something
