Infinite Police Scanner Quests

I think a mod to have the Police Scanner quests (assault in progress, etc.) be infinitely repeatable would be awesome. It could have a timer so that the same gig doesn't show up too often.

That would definitely be pretty awesome, especially if it included the stronghold-type locations.

I'd love it is there where a mod for repeatable quests in the game after their appropriate questlines, most notably;

-repeatable Car racing

-repeatable Shooting range competitions

-repeatable Boxing ring competitions

-repeatable Police scanner quests

there are others that you could have as well but i think those 4 are the most egregious.
