VLC player inside Cyberpunk? (cinema, tvs, computer)?

I wonder how hard it would be to incorporate VLC or something similiar inside the game So we could actualy see Edgerunners inside the game

Or maybe a movie, a serie some custom programs idk possibilities are endless, anyways idk but maybe this was already pointed out, i didnt found it tho, so i created this post.
