LarannKiar Posted October 13, 2023 Posted October 13, 2023 I'm not sure if the NPC is actually below the ground, he seems to be disabled. You can change the position of editor placed references in FO4Edit. Just search for his RefID in the FormID field ( upper left corner ) to find him easily. If the ID search wasn't successful, you'll have to locate him within the records.. Open the mod file >> ( expand the tree on the left side to see Form types ) >> Worldspace >> ( find the Cell where the NPC is placed ) >> click on the Placed NPC >> Data Position/Rotation >> Position Z >> increase the value by 100.
