crackshot91
I'm not sure what happened but after waking my pc from sleep, vortex seems to have stopped scaling properly with my windows scaling setting. I use a 27 inch monitor at 4k with 150% scaling and I've never had this issue before. I restarted my PC, reinstalled both my nvidia driver and vortex itself, changed the windows scaling option, changed the vortex theme from compact to default, but nothing seems to get vortex to scale properly. It's like it completely ignores the scaling setting and defaults to 100%, but when I set windows scaling to 100%, vortex looks impossibly small, as though it thinks 150% scaling is actually 100% and 100% appears shrunk to 75% scale or something. The smaller text in the windows settings on the bottom right is what the text used to look like in vortex, but now everything, text and images and elements, are all shrunk compared to every other program. Makes it really difficult to use the program. If anyone knows what's going on or has any suggestions, I'd be very grateful.
Solution crackshot91 Posted October 13, 2023 Author Solution Share Posted October 13, 2023 Figured it out! Apparently I must've accidentally changed the zoom level in vortex somehow (didn't even know it existed!). I initially tried ctrl+plus like in chrome and nothing happened but ctrl+shift+plus let me change the zoom from 70% back to 100% and everything looks fine now.
