Mantis blades/weapon grip glitch

So, i got this weird glitch where weapon grip/ ballistic coprocessor thing sticks out through PC fist during first equip animation.

I spent hours trying to fix it, but nothing helps
I tried to
1) load an early save
2) equip different blades
3) load an early save on clean install
4) clear cache
5) transfer and load an early save on ps5 (it now affects every save on my ps5 as well)
This is driving me nuts. I could dig into game files themselves, but I have zero knowledge on that

I dunno if this is also the part of the same problem, but that grip thing looks wonky as hell in general in photo mode
