[Commission] Tiefling to Githyanki face.

Hello!

I'm in search of someone for a paid commission. The goal is to convert a (modded) Tiefling face compatible with Githyanki.

1. 
   
2. The face already exists, and I'm not the author, but for private use, it shouldn't be too much trouble, right?
   
3. I'm willing to pay extra for fixing any neck seams that may arise and adding piercings if needed.
   

I know a bit about modding, but on this one, I have no idea how to proceed. :X
