Mastiffguy65 Posted October 13, 2023 Posted October 13, 2023 I want to add packrat back to fallout 4 possibly in the 4th and 5th ranks of strong back I'm just not sure what program Would be easier to do it in. Any suggestions? I have the creation kit, fo4edit, and nifscope but if there's something else that is better for this task I'm interested in trying it

Setting up perks in the CK could be a bit easier, especially if conditions are involved. Creation Kit >> Perks >> Next Perk of Strong Back (level 3) should point to Pack Rat (level 1). SonAnima Posted October 14, 2023 Posted October 14, 2023 (edited) In the creation kit all junk items are listed under CA_Junkitems Now finding the right conditions that list junk items is the problem as I looked under "wornhaskeyword" and "haskeyword" and I couldnt find the junk items under those conditions (or maybe Its called something different under those keywords) so you should search the other conditions and hopefully find what your looking for.
