[MOD REQUEST] Popular NPCs instead of Hirelings!

There are 12 Hirelings in the game. However, I personally have never taken the opportunity to use them. On the other hand, when faced with another bright npc, I had the idea that I would like to see him in my party

The essence of my idea is as follows. Replacing Hirelings with clones of bright and memorable NPCs. My favorites, however, the moder could certainly choose his favorites:

Yes, many of the ones I listed would be pretty imbecile or illogical if you look back at the plot. But it would be really cool to run with them.

If anyone wants to do the implementation of something like this, write it down. Maybe I could help with that. I could unpack the necessary files, I just need an understanding of what to copy and from where.
