Can someone create a mod that put +1 to attack roll/+1 spell DC (arcane enchantement) and maybe increase the DC for chill effect at 15 ?It wont be gamebreaking and will balance things out with other staff Also, i really like the hat of fire acuity and i m wondering if someone could create the same hat but for ice instead of fire Thank you so much !
