He likely meant that many people will be getting out of school, including probably himself. Which would be nice, because there will be no shortage of skilled modders to work on this; the fact that it is original only helps.

yeah its cram time at the universitys at the moment and most of the skilled modders are all bogged down in 1 month you should get an inflow of ppl :)

Its cram time at the universities and all the skilled modders are bogged down. Wait about a month and there should be a lot of people coming in.

 

In other words:

More than likely, most people are studying for their exams/tests and dont have the time to spend on making/helping out on mods. Wait about a month (from June 4) and there should be a lot of modders coming back.
