tutorial for adding hdt physics to a hair mesh

as the title say i want to add hdt physics to a hair mesh....i need good updated tutorials for that.help me...
i already researched a little bit and found that it is done via 3ds max with the help of hdt auto pilot tools by creating bones.....but none of the tutorial video were good enough( my opinion) for me for example dint999 videos on youtube has no sound and he works to quick without explanation....in other videos some skip some parts saying it is easy ...but i am completely noob....so i want a tutorial either in text form or video where this process is explain in great details(from creating bones to able to play in skyrim) because i am completely beginner in 3ds max...

note: if process can be done in blender only then i recommend that tutorial cause i am familiar with blender and have zero knowledge about 3ds max...if it is not possible then no problem suggest me anything
i do not need tutorial for how to create mesh cause i already have the mesh
