[Mod request] Split XP between party

Playing with mods like "Party limit begone" is a huge improvement to the experience in this game. You don't have to worry about missing content and also it makes a lot more sense, since adventuring with a group shouldn't follow the same rule of a restaurant reservation.

Of course, the game wasn't balanced for a larger group, so you either have to accept you're cheating, or you use another mod like "sit this one out" to limit the number of characters in combat.

What I'd love to see is an XP mechanic like BG2, in which the experience was split between party members (so if you were playing solo, you leveled up faster, for example)

 

While I expect that this would make the game a lot easier at the start, I think the later stages in the game could become much more challenging.

Ideally this mod could be paired with other XP modifying mods in order to fine tune the difficulty.
