I tried uninstalling all mods and it still happens so I don't think its mod related but I am using some utilities like the BSA Decompressor, 4gb patch, xNVSE, heap replacer.Also I don't know if I'm hearing things but everything sounds a little off, like something is trying to create 3d audio but not working.Please help, I have no idea what could be causing this.
