I'm quite disappointed that all these mods with outfits look so intriguing, but I can't see them on random people (unless you can somehow replace them for NPCs, and I don't know how to do that). If you have any mods that can add random outfits that I can add to the game myself, I would be grateful. I would also appreciate any mods that change the appearance of NPCs to a predetermined look.
