Absolutely can’t fix the game so my mods work.

Up until a few days ago all of my mods worked fine. I had an issue where my game became corrupted and I had to end up deleting everything and starting fresh. Part of that was redownloading all of the mods I had used on the last 3 characters I had made. Now they dont show up its like the game doesnt recognize that I have mods. I am doing absolutely nothing different. I downloaded them to Vortex and I put all the mods required to make other mods work and I went and hit play on my game and the game is straight Vanilla and no amount of deleting everything and I mean everything and reinstalling everything has fixed this. Ive deleted the entire mod folder Ive deleted the entire games folders and fully uninstalled it. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled Vortex and nothing fixes it. All of the mods are up to date none of them have any known compatibility issues. I read somewhere about them supposedly showing up in the modsettings file except mine dont no matter what I do. I have absolutely no clue how to fix it and anything Ive read from people about fixing the modsettings file makes no sense with how they say to do it. Is it possible for someone to help me out. I would love to make a new character and restart the game but the game I want to play cant be played without mods.
