mikezorz13 Posted October 23, 2023 Share Posted October 23, 2023 Heya all, i am trying to make some replacer clothing mods standalone & apply them to named npcs so they can have their unique outfit. Clothes are easy, but i have a question about head gear (like hats) & bandanas. Inside the mesh folder, there are the usual nifs for the male & female, but there is also some facebone nifs (like PrestonGarveyHat_faceBones.nif or BandanaM_faceBones.nif). What i usually do is to make copies as new records for the items, armors & outfit ids with fo4edit, change the names of the meshes & materials, redirect the paths using nifskope & material editor & change the paths with fo4edit, then copy the npc & change the path of the outfit.But i don't know what to do with the facebone.nifs.
