I don't think it would be too difficult from what I know about modding in other games but I haven't gotten into modding for BG3 (yet) so I would really really appreciate someone picking this up. Happy to give a KoFi or something like that as a thank you. I would love the silver accessories from Kyra's head and hair (silver)combined with the front of the hair from De-Accessorized NPC Hairsyles Basically the De-Accessorized version means there is no clipping with ears but I still LOVE the silver danglies from the other mod.
