[MOD Request] Planet Destroyer

Is there a way to destroy a planet...wipe it from existence... erase every planet for the universe you are currently playing in? Then reset everything by building the armillary and jumping to a new universe.

 

Thoughts on the idea:

Is there a way to a make an entire planet a targetable object?

In addition, can a starship weapon be created for this objective that would specifically target a planet.

My mind goes to Star Wars Episode VI. (obviously)

Or would it be to complicated and require to many planetary destruction animations (119+ systems with 1-15 planets/asteroids/etc)?
