Kinda new to modding and need help with a texture not working

So I started a run through of the mod pack nefaram on wabbajack and wanted to add flawns vanilla argonian redux to it. Whenever I try to add the texture mod it tells me it doesnt have and esp, esm, or esl so it wont work, Has anyone else dealt with this and does anyone know how to fix it

choose variant and copy textures from this variant manually, data\textures etc. Make a backups to restore if you will not be satisfied. Don't use organizers, loots, wrye bash etc if you want to have control over your game and not vice versa.
