LE Reduced NPC Frost Resistances

Hello fellow players.

 

I have lurked around the skyrim nexus for a while now and have not seen this issue addressed.

 

What I am looking for (or requesting if be the case) is a MOD which alters the NPC and animal, dwarven constructs, draugr, etc. frost resistance.

 

It is no secret that frost magic is somewhat obsolete in this game, but it happens to be my favorite kind of magic.

 

The only thing that bothers me is the highly unbalanced frost resistance throughout the game.

 

What I really want to know is if there is a MOD which alters the frost resistance of NPCs but still keeps it lore friendly (such as 100% resistance for Frost Atronachs).

 

I must specify at this point that I have already tried "No More Frost Resistance - A Magicians Mod by tryingtocheerup".

This MOD however completely removes the frost resistance factor from the game (except for frost atronachs, like specified early).

 

Although I would not normally mind this kind of extreme measure (somehow it brings frost magic on the same like as fire and shock), it's a bugged mod and really impacts the experience of playing the game.

 

What I would really like is a MOD that just reduces the vaules of NPC's frost resistance, or a MOD that let's you alter those values according to what kind of experience you would like to have.

Frost magic is also my favorite kind of magic, But it would be easier to just increse frost spells damage. Good luck finding a mod!

If you don't mind me asking, what's wrong with the decrease frost resistance enchantment that's already in-game? If you just want slight resistance reduction, just make a weak enchantment. And if you'd like a higher decrease, then use a stronger enchantment. :o
