Please help, I want to change Astarions eyelash color to a deep navy blue

I want to recolor Astarions' eyelashes to a deep navy blue. (maybe add in some other colors for fun?)

I have some experience in retextures and recolors in a couple of other games, but nothing fancy.

 

I was inspired by Dmitrias' mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/80?tab=files&file_id=12007

Sadly, their eyelash color selection's just aren't for me.

I plan to upload my edit(s) if it works out.
