residentevil4 Ashley segment bug pose T - Ashley segmento error pose T

hola, espero alguien me pueda ayudar
cuando llego al segmento de ashley y controlarla se queda en pose T y solo deja mover la camara, al intentar mover a ashley el juego se cierra
solo tengo el HD Project y un reshader, posiblemente toque algo que no era
alguien podria ayudarme o pasarme los archivos de ashley para corregir eso

When I get to Ashley's segment and control her, she stays in T pose and only lets the camera move. When I try to move Ashley the game closes.

I only have the HD Project and a reshader, possibly I touched something that wasn't

Could someone help me or pass me Ashley's files to correct that.
