LE Please Make The Buzz Axe and/or Krieg Psycho mod from Borderlands 2

Buzzsaw Axe skin for the Dwarven Axe.

The Krieg Psycho Mod
Make Dragonborn look like Krieg by simply wearing a robe

BuzzAxe Rampage or just "Rampage" Modded Shout

5.0x Damage Boost
Increased Movement Speed by 33%
Duration: 15-20 seconds
Cooldown 120 seconds

and once activating the "Buzzaxe Rampage" or just "Rampage"
The Dragonborn should scream any one of these listed Krieg voiced Quotes like

* STOP SCREAMING!!
* GRIND GRIND GRIND KILL KILL KILL!
* POUNDS! OF FLESH!
* HURT ME MORE!
* I HAVE THE SHINIEST MEAT BICYCLE!
* I feel the hurt... time for a rampage!
* THERE'S NO FENCE ON THIS FENCE!

There could also be Badass Psycho Mutant or "Release the Beast" Modded Shout

Dragonborn in Krieg's Voice can yell "GOTTA THINK BIG.....BIIIIIIIIIIIG!" or "I'VE GOT A HUGE HAND!!!" once activated, and The Dragonborn's upper torso and his/her Right arm grows twice in size, while the left arm, lower torso and legs remain the same.

6.66x Damage Boost
50% Damage reduction
Increased Movement Speed by 33%
Duration: 15-20 seconds
Cooldown 120 seconds
And it should Scare all Low Level Enemies like skeevers, wolves, bandits, civilians, even skeletons and etc.
