[Mod Request] Recastable Spells using the wrong modifier when multiclassing

Hello,

first off I want to create a lightning damage focused Wizard (with Cleric Tempest domain multiclass build). One of the issues I have is for example the Cleric "Call Lightning" spell. The first time I cast the spell, it uses the Intelligence modifier from Wizard as intended. However, if I cast it again without using a spell slot, Larian apparently decided to treat it like a cantrip. Which leads to the following: Because I learned the spell as a cleric, it uses the last learned modifier for it which is Wisdom, greatly enhancing the chance of NPCs succeeding the save throw, taking only half damage.

A user on reddit explained it quite well for some more details.

As the thread already says it may also be a bug that the recast is treated as a cantrip.

Would it be possible to fix this with a mod? Maybe changing recasts to be treated as the original spell instead of a cantrip? I does only seem to affect spells from the secondary classes. (Edit: Not all spells apparently, it doesn't affect Moonbeam)
