Alchemy doesn't consume ingredients (and is it even possible?)

Never really fancied having to hunt for ingredients, nor do I find cheating to be any less time consuming, that is unless you decide to cheat 100 units of each ingredient, in which case you have to use godmode to avoid being over-encumbered.

So, I need a mod that will prevent ingrediets from being used upon creating potions/poisons, and if such a mod does exist then I would like to be shown where I can find it, for I already searched, and didn't find anything... (hence why I am here)

...thus I have a favor to ask, is there anyone both willing and able to create this mod for me?

If not, then maybe I could get away with a smaller favor: I need a modder to tell me whether such a mod is even possible to make, and in case it is, then I need to know what modding tools I need... and... maybe some youtube tutorials? Because I've never modded before.

Kinda new, so this may not be the most efficient or elegant approach, but I threw together a quick script and .esp that just re-adds all removed items while the player is using an alchemy table:

(With the downside that it requires you actually have the ingredients in the first place)

Did a quick couple test runs myself on a completely clean save and it worked for me, though if you rapidly spam Create Potion the list of available ingredients may show the items being 'used up' (even though you have them in your inventory) however using other ingredients to make a potion causes the list to update and show them again (or quit and restart the alchemy menu also works)
