gfraire1309
Okay so I know that CTD can be caused by many things, including mods, graphics card being low end, not having enough RAM, ect. My main question is, is it a possibility that my low end desktop could be to blame for the every ten minute ctd problem I have? I say possible because I know it could also be one of my mods but I suspect it is the computer its self. The reason why suspect this is because of this..my computer specs..Processor: intel Pentium dual CPU E2200 2.20 GHzRam 3.6GBVideo Card AUS EAH5450 SeriesDisc Space 190.2 GB32 bit windows 7Now I know my processor is the worst and I should be using a better graphics card and a 64 bit system but could this be the cause for CTD?I mean I know this computer sucks but I don’t mind playing in the lowest graphics and settings, I don’t get a lot of lag that way and it runs pretty smoothly except in high intensity battles where it gets choppy. But again why the CTD? I cant stand it! someone tell me if a better computer will help with this problem.Further details = I use mods that are highly recodgized like ATF, convenient horses, frostfall, and others similar to this that people don’t seem to complain about, I also use BOSS and meticulously check my load orders regularly with mod descriptions to make sure there are no conflicts and yet I still cant play the game without saving every 5 minutes. Azakiel
in short, yes, it is possible that your CTDs could be due to your system specs, especially if you are running a number of script intensive mods (such as frostfall, footsteps, RnD etc).
