minion5
ok, well I am a huge massive battle addict, so I always have a battalion or so of companions following me in Oblivion. Then if I wish to expand my Empires borders, I attack a cove or fort, clear it out, then station my companions at strategic spots to gaurd the new base. Well I was wondering if it is possible to make it to where after I clear out a cave, I can cast a spell or something that automaticlly has my troops station and patrol the new interior. this would be cool, and save me the 20 min. it take to station the troops manually!!!! thanks for your time. :thanks:
David Brasher
That is much more complex than it sounds. You could spend a lot of time to make it function with one particular set of companions in one particular fort that you conquer, but I am thinking it might be difficult or impossible to make it work with all possible companions in all possible conquered forts. It is a bit beyond my skill level, but you might be able to have a simplified version where you can have your companions do a wander package to patrol a particular interior cell, or fort exterior guarding the door. That solution would still require more than one command to your troops, and the locations and method of their patrolling might be unsatisfactory. Pronam
--this would be cool, and save me the 20 min--Would save us 20 days if we didn't....;DIf you narrow it down to a few places, you could create specific patrols.Otherwise like David said, only small things could be accomplished. Making it compatible with all companions would be quite tough...
