Looking for

Ok ive been looking for a mod for a few days now that totally changes the look of the npcs...i see many of them in images for other mods,

 

(example CM Partner Image )

 

but i cant seem to find the one that does away with the old faces of oblivion (the old wrinkly versions).

 

Would anyone know of the mod/textures and if so could you point me in the right direction. If so Thank you in advanced
