Lonesome Road Crashing at Start

I started the Lonesome Road DLC, but after a few moments, the game CTD's after arriving in the Divide. I've tried the Lonesome Road Crash Fix mod, I've tried using "coc nvdlc04vistastart" to bypass the door to the Divide, I've turned off companions essential, Project Nevada's DLC patch, and the Lonesome Road patch for WMX, none of which stopped the crashing. I can't find any other threads about it other than the Lonesome Road Crash Fix, and apparently that doesn't seem to work for anyone either. I've also tried loading earlier saves to before getting to the Canyon Wreckage, to no avail. If anyone has a solution for me, please share.

I am having this issue as well. The mod that is supposed to fix it, isn't accomplishing anything. Help please.

Bumping this 10 month old thread because nobody seems to have found a solution, I am currently stuck as well, I managed to get into the dlc but now cannot get out. Ive tried everything, disabling mods, installing the fix, turning off hardcore, waiting 72 hours for cell's to reset, using the coc command, nothing works, everything results in a crash.

 

Also the bug im experiencing has nothing to do with completing the DLC, as I only entered the DLC to grab the Riot Gear from the first comissary, and then tried to leave.

After further reading and research, I finally fixed it, and rather than just moving on and leaving future players with the problem to flounder, heres how to fix it: You have to install the fix, BEFORE reaching the canyon wreckage, that means reverting to a earlier save and possibly losing progress, if you manage to get into the divide without this fix, you are pretty much f*#@ed sad to say. (loading the autosave created by crashing when entering, loaded me into the divide) So yes, the fix works, but as a preventative to the problem happening in the first place.
