Mod Request: Spell swapping for Bard \ Sorcerer WO respec.

Good day, I would like to see a mod that brings up the spell swap dialog outside of the level up screen.

 

I have been frustrated by having to completly respec my charecter when I chose one spell that did not live up to my expectations.

(Or chose one by mistake and did not realise until after I had compleated respecing my charecter.)

 

It would be so nice if someone could work out a way to display this choice outside of leveling up.
