LE Hurt when hit

I always thougth it was silly when I hit someone with my arrow, they'd just go "Whose there?!" like the arrow didn't even hurt him.

Are there any mods that adresses this?

 

Like, when you hit someone with an arrow they give a howl of pain or something similar.

 

Any advices would be appreciated!
