I've tried everything I can to prevent these crashes, sometimes I would go a while without crashing and other times it would be very early into a new game.

Now I'm at a point where I cannot proceed very far without experiencing a CTD and I'm only at level 2 in Whiterun.

 

The crashing is not due to Skyrim using too much memory because I've checked with the Skyrim Performance Moniter. It is unlikely due to my load order because I've used TES5edit and BOSS to fix my load order. I've also used BOSS to check for any incompatibilities, dirty/wild edits and deleted navmesh records. I've uninstalled any mods that I've heard cause incompatibilities with a considerable number of other mods, I've installed numerous patches recommended by BOSS and I've used Wyre Bash to create a bash patch.

I still experience crashing at very certain points and I no longer know what could be causing it.

There's no way someone can look at a list that long and know what's wrong. You need to start a new game with a handful (5-10 at most) mods and play for awhile. No problems? Add in 5 more. Rinse, repeat.

 

That said, at a glance you haven't been very careful about incompatibilities. You have both RLO and ELFX, lighting mods that are not compatible with each other.

old post, but since you haven't said you fixed it, try disabling EVERY mod you have and activating them 2-4 at a time (4, if issues disable, then 2, then 2 again, if issues, 1 at a time).. this fixed it for me.
