Ba Xing Chong model is behind me instead of in my hands?

It's the only weapon that does this. I have no weapon mods installed other than one to be able to remove attachments. Any idea what could be causing this? The only other thing I've enoticed that was weird was the first time I met Rogue in the flashback as Johnny (I do have a Rogue body mod installed) her naked torso was floating above her regular body for the whole mission. Otherwise she's been fine and so has everything else.
