1. The way this mod does in FNV (helping the player to finish the radiant quest faster, since you can interact directly to the quest-giver again through the item):

2. A mod that set your min. health to 1 instead 0. it means you can't die. Why? I love damaged limb system thing; Traumatized, back in the day when you reload skyrim save files it goes CTD which absolutely kills the vibes.

3. Imagine you entering a combat, and your health is on 70%, the mod automatically buff you up with the drugs from the inventory (psycho, med-x, jets, etc). this:

4. Enemy emits light. In this game maybe using headlamp, flashlight in their guns/bodies, or idk; so i can snipe them from afar.

5. I don't know if the following are possible or the similar already exist:
- Flood; Maybe just make several places to have knee-high flood.
- Having storm/bad/custom weather whenever you're in a combat against legendary enemies.
- Glasses Screen Effect; Orange colored glasses vfx while in 1st person.
- Slimmer Power Armor: Like Marvel's Iron Man.
- Being a super mutant? It's the same way skyrim implements dawnguard's character tranformation.
