I'm looking for something similar but not as fancy and which doesn't change the area around Lakeview Manor or the house itself. Ideally, a small house, with 5 or 6 beds, some safe storage, like chests, dressers etc, and a fireplace with a cooking pot. Nothing fancy, but just a small house with some beds.
