Resolution Issue on Start Screen (SKSE Loader)

When I load the game through SKSE and get to the starting screen, I am zoomed into the top left corner.. some kind of resolution issue.

Note: This is my first day of modding Skyrim ever. So far I've installed the following mods:

I of course have Mod Organizer v2.5.0rc2, Visual C++, LOOT, BethINI Pie.

Manually downloaded:
PRT XII - PhotoRealistic Tamriel 12.7

I might be missing a few things, but this is about it. Game version - 1.6.640.0. My Skyrim Steam game files are on a separate drive.

Any ideas on what could be causing the zoom-in effect on start screen? I have BethINI Pie set to my monitor's native resolution and Windows scaling is at 100% so it's neither of those things. Is there something else in my mod list that is affection resolution perhaps?

I think I fixed it. I reinstalled BethINI Pie and moved everything over to the same D : drive. I think them being on separate drives was causing issues.
