TRKn
In Act 3 Dammon the Tiefling blacksmith sells a huge number of items including a number of potentially BiS items like the Armour of Persistence (https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Armour_of_Persistence) and the Legacy of the Masters (https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Legacy_of_the_Masters). However, there are a number of ways Dammon can permanently die before the player reaches Act 3, like dealing with the grove in any way that puts the Tieflings at risk, or letting Isobel get kidnapped at Last Light, etc. If Dammon dies, then many of the items he would have sold in Act 3 such as those unique items become permanently inaccessible as they are not otherwise obtainable. A very conceptually simple mod that creates a generic vendor in the same location if Dammon is dead that sells his inventory could go a long way to making the grove decision in Act 1 less one-sided in terms of rewards or else help out players that went down an alternate path in Act 2. Could even also create a clone of Dammon at Last Light if he is killed in Act 1, since he also sells a few unique and potentially useful items at Last Light as well.
