Hey everyone!  I have spent the last few hrs trying to figure out what happened and perhaps someone here can assist!
Ok so, I downloaded the ESO-UI Skyrim SE: High End via Vortex / Nexus Mods.

I followed a youtube channel called ESO that gave step by step instructions.
I followed it exactly and  what all was said and done, it worked perfectly and the game looked beautiful!

This am, a WHOLE different game!
Went to play this am, and first got this error:
REL/Relocation.h(711): Failed to locate an appropriate address library with the path: Data/SKSE/Plugins/versionlib-1-6-640-0.bin

I found a solution on a forum BUT NOW, I have a error message on Vortex saying "MISSING MASTERS" and lists a ton of issues !!!
It is now unplayable!
All the Mods show enabled except for one (which was fine last night) ... SKSE64_2_02_03.7z  version 2.2.3 and has a Triangle ! beside it.

Anyone know how to fix this or why it would randomly just stop working over night ?

This is my first time ever doing Modding, sure is a crazy frustrating process!!

I think that maybe something you installed overwrote or removed the Address Library for SKSE Plugins ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/32444 ), or changed the SKSE version you really needed - can be found at ( https://skse.silverlock.org/ ).  Look for the version of Skyrim SE you are running, and d/l, then install that SKSE version, if installing the Address Library doesn't work.  Follow the instructions for SKSE installation exactly...  FYI - the SKSE version you have could be for the Steam version 1.6.640 OR a version that works with the GOG version 1.6.659 - they are different files, even though they have the same SKSE version number.

You might want to go to the comments on the ESO youtube channel to ask there, as well.
